An aircraft “stalls” and may spin when the air speed drops below a certain minimum. The stall bellows converts vacuum from the air-speed regulator to a mechanical air-speed position which controls the stall valve assembly.
The pneumatic material on our stall bellows was stiff. We cleaned up the bellows and replaced the material.
